Leah Pryor-Lease

Institutional Partnerships Officer

Leah Pryor joined the Gill Foundation in 2011 as the Institutional Partnerships Officer. In this role, she identifies and strengthens new and existing partnerships with LGBT organizations, allied foundations, and other institutional partners, with the goal of increasing funding for LGBT equality work.

Prior to joining the foundation, Leah spent more than a decade in the nonprofit and public sectors working with underserved populations, including youth, at organizations like The Hetrick-Martin Institute, Harvard University, and the New York City Department of Education, where she oversaw a broad range of community partnership programs and external relationship work.

Leah graduated from Brandeis University with a degree in sociology and continues to serve on the board of Right Rides for Women’s Safety in New York City. She lives in Denver with her wife, Rachel, and their dog, Bubba.
