Laurie Meili is the director of finance and accounting, responsible for managing financial reporting, accounting operations and staff, taxes, budgets, and regulatory compliance. Laurie also serves on several internal committees at Gill, aimed at enhancing the organization and furthering its mission.
Before joining the Gill Foundation in 2008, Laurie enjoyed a broad and successful accounting career working in the public and private sectors as well as for-profit and not-for-profit arenas. Before joining the foundation, Laurie served as accounting manager for Jones Knowledge and was a successful consultant, advising clients on a myriad of accounting and financial matters.
Laurie has an undergraduate degree in accounting from Colorado State University, Pueblo and a MBA from Georgia State University. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Laurie enjoys spending her free time with her husband and three children in Centennial, Colorado.
