Lauren Arnold

Chief Financial Officer

Lauren Arnold is currently the chief financial officer for the Gill Foundation and the Gay & Lesbian Fund for Colorado. Lauren is responsible for leading financial, administrative, HR, and IT operations for the foundation’s Denver and Colorado Springs offices.  Prior to joining the foundation in 2009, Lauren served as the chief financial officer and vice president for finance and administration at Visit Denver.

Previously, Lauren served as the CFO/COO for an energy company and has also served as an assistant professor at Regis University.  After graduating from Dartmouth College, Lauren was a Peace Corps volunteer in the Philippines. Upon her return to the U.S., she embarked on a career in finance at Morgan Stanley and then at Credit Suisse First Boston, where she was promoted to vice president and COO of one of the company’s finance groups. Along the way, she obtained an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MA from John Hopkins University.

Lauren and her husband decided to move to Colorado to start a family, which now includes two young kids. They live in Golden.
