Nondiscrimination Map

Being able to earn a living so that we can support ourselves and our family is a very basic premise in our society. Statewide employment nondiscrimination statute that specifies sexual orientation and gender identity / expression. Statewide employment nondiscrimination statute that specifies sexual orientation only. No LGBT-specific statewide employment nondiscrimination statute.
