1) Barring extenuating circumstances, yearly awards for statewide outcomes listed above will not exceed $100,000 and yearly awards for incremental or local outcomes listed above will not exceed $50,000.
2) Barring extenuating circumstances, yearly awards will not exceed 15 percent of an organization’s annual budget or 50 percent of a project budget.
3) Multi-year grants up to three years may be awarded, but it will depend on the resources of the State Equality Fund and the quality of proposals.
