There will be two grant cycles in 2010. Full proposals to the State Equality Fund are received by invitation only, but invitations are extended based on an open Letter of Inquiry (LOI) process. The timeline for Cycle 1 is as follows:
February 5, 2010: LOIs due to Gill Foundation
Mid March 2010: Invitations issued for full proposals
April 23, 2010: Invited proposals due to Gill Foundation
Early August 2010: Notice of grant award from Tides Foundation
There will be a second cycle for the Fund in 2010, commencing with LOIs due to the Gill Foundation by June 11, 2010.
